- Review: Please send us a copy of your insurance adjuster’s summary report. We will review the scope of work and verify all measurements to ensure an accurate and fair evaluation of the damage.
- Contract Matching: We align our contract with the work specified in the insurance adjuster’s summary report,
including any necessary supplements if the adjuster missed something. - Submission: A signed contract is provided to the insurance company.
- Mortgage Involvement: If the property has a mortgage, the mortgage company’s name will likely appear on the
insurance check alongside yours. In such cases, several forms may need to be completed and notarized. Our
team will provide the support needed to handle all necessary documentation.
